I worked on this port design for a few years . Lots of flow testing and dyno time. Intake side flows over 200cfm @450 lift . At the end of the day this is what the 22r and 22re engine should have came with. This head was designed for the street on your N/A or Turbo build. Head comes with 1MM Stainless Valves, New Bronze guides, Nickel seats, Single or Dual springs, Chrome Molly or Titanium retainers,and Viton Stem seals . CAM IS NOT INCLUDED. 4 TO 5 WEEKS LEADTIME.
